Commvaul's Goal:

Commvault believes strongly in closing the Business Integrity Gap. The Business Integrity Gap includes the potential risks to a business due to the evolution of data and workloads.  Some of these risks include data fragmentation and failure points, increasing surface for cyber attacks, and inability to scale and innovate with market demands. Sanjay Mirchandani, Commvault’s Inc Chief Executive Officer, states “the issue is a gap between what the business wants to do and what the technology teams are equipped to do.” According to research done by ProofPoint, two-thirds of chief information security officers say their companies are unprepared for a cyber attack. At Commvault, they want their customers to thrive, and in order to do that, they want to ensure your data is in the right place. With Commvault’s intelligent data services, they deliver a flexible, future-proof architecture that provides unprecedented customer choice. Some of the data services they provide include data protection, data security, data compliance and governance, data transformation, and data insights.
